I can update iPhoto

I recently downloaded OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), and my iPhotos has a cross through it. When I go to the App Store for the update, the App Store claims that the version I need is not available in the US. Anyone else have this problem? How do I update my iPhotos?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
