Q: ios.8.3 mail stopped sending and receiving. I see an empty screen and after 5 seconds it pops me out of mail.

IiPad ios8.3 mIl server stopped, it pops me,out of the mail server after 5 secondos. I read to delete the app but it will not let me too nor do I know how to read the app. I am not sure of what words to use in finding a new app.
