Audio does not work when using Webex
After installing Yosemite, the sound does not work when using Webex. This is the only site it does not work on. How can I fix the problem?

It's kind of a tiny UX issue- when you initially click on the connect to audio button, you'll see the 3 options: phone, phone, and connect using computer. the computer connect button actually has a button inside of itself, an option button. don't click on the option button, just click on the area just outside of that smaller button.
webex requires java to run in safari or firefox. Yosemite does not come with it.
try installing Java if you have not done so already.
alternately you can try a different browser than the one not working. update your browsers if you have not done so already.
I have tried updating Java and browsers, Safari, Firefox and Chrome still can not hear the Webex. Do you have any other suggestions that I can try?
Everything on my computer was set up correctly. When messing around on Webex I was clicking on use computer for audio but it was actually testing the audio. I was able to fix the problem. Thanks for your help!
