Lost my phone

around April 12 , 2015 my iPhone lost in thailand but today i have email send to me. "your device back to connect internet. This iPhone/iPad want to close Lost mode." but when i check info it show @ pls send my iPhone back to me. my imei ***********. thank you for help me.
