Delayed emails from RingCentral

I am receiving emails from RingCentral to my IOS apps, but no longer receiving them to my desktop Apple Mail. RingCentral reports that the issue must be with iCloud. The rep suggested whitelisting @ringcentral.com, which I did, but didn't really understand why--I had been receiving emails fine and their emails were not going to my Junk folder. The rep also sent a test fax to my Hotmail account (said that "public" email addresses like Hotmail, Yahoo should work fine) and the test fax came through. Then after a long delay, I started receiving other test faxes the rep had sent to my iCloud account. Still have not received the faxes containing my business orders from a couple days ago. Not a great way to stay in touch with customers... Anyone else having this problem?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
