I cannot send email or reply. Everything goes in my outbox. How do I correct this?

iPad 2, iOS 8.1.3

Has the account ever worked? If yes then it's probably a servert issue which will be corrected, you could also try deleting the account & recreating it.

If the sending has never worked then the problem may be due to SSL - usually the account requires it but the account isn't set up to use it, try turning it on under your email account on the device.
