I cannot see my voicemails
Since restoring my phone to New, my visual voicemail is gone. The VM button calls into VM instead. My VM is working though, it is not giving me a prompt to set it up.
iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

I have a similar problem. When I press the Voicemail button, the screen says NO VOICEMAIL. But I left myself a message and it doesn't show. I accessed it dialing 1, entering my password, etc... And the system told me that I had seven unheard messages.
How can I see the messages and have my phone alert me when I receive a new message?
Thank you!
You need to contact your cellular provider to reset your voicemail. Voicemail is a carrier feature.
But ... My voicemails ARE there. I can listen to them. I just don't see them in the visual feature.
I understand that. I did not say they weren't there, but your voicemail is handled by the carrier. Once they reset the voicemail, you would be able to access it again after completing the setup again.
Thanks
