When I open the 'Photos' on my iphone 6 plus 64 GB,the screen gets blue then the phone turns off,what do I do now?

Press and hold the home and power buttons until you see the Apple logo. If that doesn't work, wipe the phone: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If Ethan's suggestions do not work, you might have a hardware failure. Take the phone in to an Apple store or authorized service provider for evaluation and possible replacement.
