How to migrate contacts on your iPhone into iCloud Contacts? So that it syncs across all iOS devices?

On the iPhone, go to Settings > iCloud and turn Contacts on. Ant then do the same on the other iOS devices.

Thank you FoxFith, I'd done that before but I was referring more to other entry contacts that had been created before over the years under my iPhone as the default contact account. Those entries have not been synced even after turning on contacts on iCloud Settings.

They should have synced when you first turned iCloud Contacts on. The following has some steps that may help: Get help using iCloud Contacts - Apple Support
