Q: Why I do not read the text of my emails, as the system is loading but with not success on my Ipad, while the same text is visible on my Iphone

When selecting an email from my Ipad 3, the text is not visible and the system is loading for long time with no results. The same text message email is instead visible and redable on my Iphone. I already switched off and on the device. It is the first time that this is happening.
