I was given a used iPod. After resetting to factory settings and beginning the activation process I get a message saying that this ipod is still linked to another account, and to contact the original owner and have them disconnect it. No one knows who the original owner is. Please help.

Sorry, but nobody on these boards or at Apple will unlock that device for you. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
