Logic Pro X - recorded vocals plays back faster

I changed the latency to 0. I messed around with flex - then turned it off. I messed with the vocal waveform - moving it in and out - now when I record the vocals - the playback is faster than the original instrument tracks. What do I do? Is the a "reset to default" button that will clear this up? Or what?
