Using Bluetooth in my car, when I name the contact I want to call, I hear it say NO ENTRIES. How can I get it to work again and not say NO ENTRIES?

Bluetooth in my car worked perfectly until now. Now, when I want to make a call, I say PHONE and then give a name from my CONTACT LIST. But now the voice say NO ENTRIES. What can I do so that I once again can name the ENTRY i WANT TO REACH and the call goes through. Any help would be most appreciated.

I suggest removing the iPhone from the vehicle's list of paired devices. Then remove the car from the list of iPhone paired devices. Put the two devices back into discovery/pairing mode and attempt connecting them again and test. Is the command being given to the vehicle, or is it being routed directly to the phone? Is there a setting on your vehicle for downloading your phone book? Since you do not indicate what make/model vehicle you are referring to and whether it is a standard or add on system, you might want to make contact with the vehicle' s manufacturer for assistance in resolving this.
