ive got a virus on my iPad. through iTunes how do I uninstall?

Unless your iPad is jailbroken, there is no virus on the iPad. What are you trying to uninstall iTunes on, a computer, what OS? If there is a virus on your computer, that would be handled a different way.

MY iPad is ios iPad mini 2 updated to iOS 8 the virus is spy ware can I remove it?

You can attempt to restore your device with DFU mode, however if you modified the baseband of your iPad, then all bets are off. You will not be able to recover. Besides that, any discussion of jailbroken devices is prohibited on the forum. You are on your own. Bad move!
