I need to know where to start.. Can no longer download anything because everything is updated for it. Need help ASAP as I don't have a lot of time to work on their computer.. 1. Click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update.

2. After completing #1, open the Mac App Store and download Yosemite, or if desired, go to the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7 or Mountain Lion 10.8.

Mac OS X 10.7 and newer don't support PowerPC software such as Microsoft Office 2004. If you upgrade the OS, back up the computer first.
