display problems

Finally got my watch today and turned it on and was heartbroken. There is on row of red pixels that is above every White image on the screen....so if a word is displayed in white, there is a one pixel row of red pixels above every character. Anyone having this issue? Apple said to send it back....so now the long wait for a replacement watch begins......so frustrating.
