How can I get my refund on my broken charger?

I bought an apple lightening charger less than a year ago, it broke and no longer will charge my phone. This time, I kept the receipt. There are no stores around me that are Apple stores, not Apple certified sellers or Mac stores. Is it possible to mail it in? I just want to send it in, get it replaced, or get a refund so I can buy another one. Please, if there is a link involved, send it to me, this website is so circular I've been searching all afternoon.
