My iPad autoplays when connect but does not appear in iTunes

My iPad2 when connected to PC, auto-plays however the device does not appear in iTunes. Though when i connect my iPad2, iTunes pop-up screen is displayed with no device connection. What is causing that to happen? What should I do to resolve it? I have shared a screenshot of what happens when I connect my iPad2 to my PC. Even my device drivers seems to be OK.
