Hey guys, I need some help: the Apple Genius bar said that my computer would sent back to me fixed in 3 to 5 days. They didn't say business days just days. Should I count Saturday and Sunday or skip them? They are sending the computer out another place to repair it. I wanna know how long I will be without it.
Call the place where you took your computer and ask them.
Business days if referring to Apple work days. But could be different if referring to shipping times. Sometimes it's business days plus Saturday.
I looked at the paper and it said that they would call me in 3 to 5 days. Nothing about whether or not it was business.
Assume business days, then.
So I'll get it back either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday then?
Does me getting it back on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday sound right?
Assume the worst and you will not be disappointed.
