I am not receiving my voicemails. People have been leaving voicemails but they don't show on my phone or when I dial in (press and hold the 1). I've tried resetting network settings and that didn't help. I am operating a iPhone 6 on Verizon. Any ideas?

thwnk you. Verizon helped me quickly. For future reference they had to deactivat a 3rd party voicemail app that I had tried and uninstalled on my phone a few weeks ago. Lesson = uninstalling the app did not disconnect the forwarding of my voicemails to their cloud. Calling *73 from my phone deactivated any 3rd party software.
