How can I transfer iTunes form my Mac to a USB stick so I can listen to music in my car as it is illegal to even use a phone in a cradle in my state

I would like to upload iTunes music from my Mac onto a usb stick so i can listen to music in my car and scroll through music from my steering wheel buttons rather than touching my iPhone as even touching potable devices in a cradle is illegal in my state. I can't seem to find a link in iTunes to allow me to do this. Does anyone know the procedure to do this from a Mac.

Drag the songs there, either from the open iTunes application window or the iTunes Media folder.

Just select the songs in iTunes using the shift and arrow keys, and then just drag them, to the USB stick in a Finder window.

Alternatively, find the media files in the iTunes folder location and drag them out to the USB stick.

I know this is very late but you can get a application called iExplorer on both Mac and PC and you can automatically sync all of your songs from your iDevice straight to iTunes
