I live in Colombia and here still not available the new macbook .. I searched all possible ways to order it by US or Spain and not let me change the country when I'm filling out the shipping information , appreciate your help

You may be able to contact an authorized reseller in another country who may be
able to ship the new product to you, such as there are independent businesses in
countries other than US, Europe, or Asia who handle these products. Mexico, for
example, has an independent authorized reseller, who may or may not ship to you.
{However, these under-served locations probably won't be really quick to obtain or
have the newer product for sale; there likely would be waiting interval durations.}

There also are independent Apple authorized resellers such as B&H Photo Video
in New York, who may ship to several other locations outside the USA. You may
have to inquire from these, instead of official retail Apple Store locations.
Sorry to not really have an answer for you. If I were looking to get a product, I'd
also wonder and ask about certain rules that may apply to items shipped out of
their sales region; some items may have limits on where they can be sent.
