network problem

HI i am using I phone 5 last 1.5 years but i am facing this problem network automaticaly lost .after recovery from i tune then signal coming and phone working properly.But this problem coming after 2.3 day's and same recovery again

This is Apple's support page for your problem, but maybe you have already tried all this: If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support

In addition, have you tried replacing your SIM card. May be there is a problem with it.

i have already try with sim card change but problem is remaining same .but after restore from itune all sim card working but this problem againg coming at any time some time 2.3 days and some time 6.7 days then again restore from i tune and again signal coming
