I created a password for a word document and have forgotten it.
Does anyone know how I can access the document or create a new password? Thanks!

No. Passwords are for security.

When you use a password to lock a file in this way, the file is encrypted, then locked with the password you supplied. If you could read the binary data in the file by some other means, it would be complete gibberish.
Only those who know the password can unlock the file AND undo the encryption so that it can be read.
