ipad mini control panel lock rotation in ios 8.3
After updating to new ios, I can't find the lock rotation toggle in the control panel. Anyone know a solution and/or come across similar issue?

Do you see the Mute button in control panel?
Is the lock rotation controlled by the side switch?
Open Settings->General->Use side switch to->Lock Rotation
Just check the mute in the side switch setting & you will then see lock rotation in control center
