How to manage my apple ID associated devices in iTunes?

I can't see the devices list I have associated with my Apple ID in iTunes > Store Menu > View Account > iTunes in the Cloud > Manage. I have my PC & iPhone associated with this ID. I have read the article Manage your associated devices in iTunes. Yes I have signed in and authorized the computer that I use. I still can't find the list of associated devices. I use the iTunes Version 12.1.2.27. Please let me know. Thanks.
