Can you remove the "recently deleted" album?
IS it possible to remove the "recently deleted" album? I dont like having to delete my pictures 2 times.

Nope. It was introduced in response to complaints that Photos had no "Recycle Bin" and that therefore there was no way to recover deleted photos!
