iPhone turns off when 9% battery left

I've tried all the calibration methods and none of them worked for me.

The phone is dying at 9-10% battery left and doesn't wake up till charger is plugged.

When the charger is pluggin in, the phone immidatelly turn on with 9% battery left- which is wrong because the phone dying again if the charger plug off.

I reset my phone softly and hardky to factory default. nothing help! 😟
