HELP!!

but in order to erase my iphone it requires the APPPLE ID password - which i don't know!

also - i can't reset it beacuse it's either via email (- can't access that either because again - don't know the password) or via security questions and for some reason the answers don't fit! and i'm talking about stuff like my birthday... why doesn't it fit??

PLEASE HELP!

somehow i have 2 different Apple IDs.
