Centralized configuration of iOS apps.

Hi everyone!

I have to configure sip softphone such as "Bria iPhone edition" for more than 50 iPhones with individual settings for each of them. How can I do it centralized?

I have OS X Server with Profile manager (MDM) running on it. What else do I need? Volume Purchase Program or Device Enrollment Program or maybe iOS Developer Program?

If I have enrolled to Apple VPP for Business can I configure apps before installing them to a supervised devices?
