Browser background video fill doesn't work well in Safari

why Browser background video fill doesn't work well in Safari ?

Sample Pages:

http://barbaracevasco.com

http://lozanodecoraciones.com

This only happens in Safari. Crome, Firefox, Opera, Explorer no problem.

The elements of the web disappear and appear as we scrolling.

Is there a solution?.
