I would like to get my files from an external drive - on a PC (my mac is dead) - that was used to backup my Time Machine.
Can someone please let me know how to do this?

Sorry it is not possible.. A PC cannot read TM files. You will need to get someone with a Mac to help you.

OK. then how does it work? can i see the files like in a "normal" way - or will TM will be launched automatically?
Since i need to select file by file. I want to copy them into my cloud.

You can access them via finder actually.. although it can be a bit tricky depending on version.. but you can also use TM.

You should be able to restore your files to a directory on the computer.. then you can upload them to cloud.
