Photos app does not permit sending the photo has and email attachment
The new photos app does not allow me to send any photos as an email attachment.

How are you trying to attach a photo to the email and what happens when you try?
see the answers to your several duplicate posts -- one post is all that is needed - when you SPAM the board with duplicates no one including you can keep trask of the answer
