I cannot remove an app from my iPhone 6

just taken a new iPhone 6 trying to remove an app I hold my finger on app get the wobble but no delete x appears also unable to delete in iTunes this is the same for all the apps .

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

Check to see if you have a restriction set on deleting Apps in Settings > General > Restrictions.

If the instruction suggested by JimHdk does not help, try resetting your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

also if it's a build in app you can never delete it
