are "PhoneClean and MacClean" safe to use and how to remove them on my MacBook?

I try to free up some space on my iphone and searched online and I came across PhoneClean and MacClean. not sure if they are legit ? how do I remove them on my MacBook?

MacBook Air, iOS 8.3

I've never heard of either one. In general, any software that purports to automatically "clean up" or "speed up" an Apple device is a scam. A self-contained application can be uninstalled by quitting it and dragging it to the Trash in the Finder (not in the Dock or the LaunchPad.) If you ran an installer or were prompted for a password, you must remove the software according to the developer's instructions. Back up all data before making any changes.
