i have just received my new 5s I phone but it has linked its self to my daughters I phone 4 how can I change this. I am recieving all her texts and its all her photos etc on it ?

Sounds as if you are using the same iCloud ID and Wi-Fi network with the device. If this is the case, you need to log out of that one and use your own. It is not a good idea to share for that purpose, but if you do, you will need to remove your number information from her Messages settings.
