The configuration for you ipad could not be downloaded...

I got a device enrolled into the DEP and assigned a profile through my MDM which is MobileIron and added the device to the profile. When I go through the set-up it says "(Name of school) will automatically configure your iPad". I hit next and i get the following error "The configuration for your iPad could not be downloaded from (School name). The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1012.)" Any help would be appreciated!
