Caller ID showing myself for different numbers

Hi all,

I've got an iPhone 6 64gb, running iOS 8.3, and there's a bug going on with my phone.

For some of the calls I receive, caller ID shows myself as the caller. It happens kind of randomly.

For example, during a 5-minute interval, I got two calls from my wife: the first one showed myself as the caller, and the second showed her.

It's happening with various contacts and I've checked the contact list to see if my number is on their contacts, which is not.

Any ideas?
