apple won't let me cancel an itunes subscription, no way to do it online and phone tells me to go online.

I tried to cancel my itunes subscription by calling but the computer system told me to go online. Online does not provide ability to contact a person or cancel. What should I do. Should I contact my state attorney general?

What iTunes subscription? iTunes is not a subscription, unless you are using iTunes Match. You need to provide more information about what you are trying to do, especially since this is a user to user support forum.
