Is there a way to graphically plot heart rate?

Isn't there a way to track by graph my heart rate during a workout? I'd like to know the relative intensity as I exercise to see where my peaks and dips are. Also, it would be great to see this with an overlay that shows if I'm in the cardio zone, peak zone, or just fat burning zone. Fitbit's tracker does this.

On your iPhone go into the Health app.

At the bottom of the screen there is a menu of 4 choices, the second one is labeled 'Health Data'.

The bottom option of that menu option is 'Vitals'. It has a stethoscope next to it.

The third option down from the Vitals menu is labeled 'Heart Rate'.

Going in there will show you a graph of your heart rate. I'm not sure about how specific you can make it though.

From there you can flick the option to have this graph show on your Dashboard of the Health app, you can also view all of your data in numeric form.
