cannot delete photos from iphone 5s
I cannot fet photos deleted from iphone 5s already syned but no idea how to get these removed storage full

If you synced them to the phone from a computer you need to use a computer to remove them. Plug the phone into iTunes and go to the Photos tab below Summary. From here choose an empty folder to sync photos from and press Sync in the bottom right hand corner. The photos will then be removed from your phone.

Click "Delete synced photos" at the top.
