HDMI cable is connected without mini DisplayPort in my MacBook pro but there is no signal. help me please

I think you have to turn mirroring in Displays under system preferences. Also there is handshaking on tthe part of the macBook Pro and the TV. Restart

the tv, but keep the MacBook Pro running after you have plugged in the HDMI cable. Maybe you have bad cable? what kind of adapter are you using?

MiniDisplayPort to HDMI>? I (We) do not know the exact model of MacBook Pro with Retina display you have, so we cannot help you a lot. Make sure the minidisplay port end is plugged in very securely. If it's just HDMI and you have an HDMI port on your Macbook Pro, then turn the tv off connect the cable and turn it on again, it will detect the signal, do the handshake, and you should see a picture
