Mainstage distorted channel and auto panning

I am playing MainStage. Patches will be fine for a minute but then it will only give me hard right channel of the patch I'm on.

Its SUPER low output and also distorted.

The Pan is set to 0 so its not the panning.

The system audio isn't panned either.

The only thing thats changed is a few days ago i opened a Kontakt plugin and it asks me to turn off MultiCore support for Kontakt, which i did. Other than that, nothing is different.

ANY thoughts?

It will be fine for a minute, then just go wacky on me.
