Archive toolbar

Hy everybody

If I select "Info about this Mac" on the Apple menu on the left upper part of the video, I get some basic information about monitor, archives, support. The third folder named Archives shows a flash memory 250 GB bar. How is that applications occupy 164 GB while 169 GB are free (tot 333) whereas total memory in 250 GB? What piece am I missing?
