Iphone4S(error code43,no recognized,only charge when it turned off).How to fix it?

Hi guys. I am from Hungary,my English language isn't perfect.

I saw a lot of videos and everything,but nothing helped me.

I have some problems.

1.-> My phone only charge when it turned off.

2.->Itunes and PC(windows7) isn't recognized the Iphone(unkown device)

It writes error code 43.

I am going to a holiday next week,so i really want fix it.😕

I think i did almost everything what i can,but nothing fixed it.

Hope you have some tip,how to fix it:)
