Safari changes files' names when downloading

I have a problem, where Safari changes special characters to odd letters and such. This happens when i download files with names including "æ", "ø" and "å".

And example is this: I downloaded a file called something with "Ærkedansker" which turned into "Ærkedansker".

How can I fix it?
