my ipod has all my music, my itunes library crashed on PC

My Ipod has all of my music. My PC crashed with my Itunes Library.

Now, I have a Iphone 6 which has my music (mostly on there) and a new MAC mini which I purchased after the phone. I have music in both my phone and MAC. but......I made a playlist on my mac and tried to sync on my phone and it doesn't sync.

In the meantime, all my music (without the new purchases after the crash) are in my IPOD and I can't update my ipod without losing my old library... Any ideas on what I can do to restore all of my music unto my new mac without going through my old PC?
