iPad mini 1st gen touch itself

Hello I've been looking for a solution in every forum but there's no help about this particular problem. Unfurtunately I'm from Mexico so there's is no Apple Store to get a new iPad mini, oh and now there's no warranty too. Everyone says that try rebooting, hard reset, etc. But that doesn't work for mini. is 2015 I can't believe there's no fix yet =(... please help
