Apple TV Issues

My Apple TV, all of the sudden stopper functioning properly. First I was unable to connect to itunes. In an attempt to remedy this I connected my Apple TV to my Mac and updated and restored my device, hoping this would be the answer. Now I'm still unable to sign in to iTunes "The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password is incorrect. Please try again." and the activation after restore failed because it was unable to set the Date/Time. I have no idea where to go from here as I've tried most everything I could think of. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to battle these issues?

Apple TV, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
