Can i create accessible PDF-Files out of Pages like its possible in Word?

Out of Word i can create accessible PDF-Files (with Tags and alternate Text for Pictures) now my Question: Is it possible to do the same out of Pages? I work with Pages 5.5.3 on OS X 10.10.3. Thx.

You cannot link to external documents, and by default, Pages v5.5.3 does not allow hyperlinked images. Does that answer your question? Pages v5.5.3 does not have the ability to apply an instant caption to the image either.
